Had to cancel my Christmas plans as my MOT did not pass, car had to be taken off the road, til I could get it in a garage, however I had already had the work completed for it to pass, before putting it through the MOT in the first place. I couldn't get my car into a garage til the 28th, after another 3 MOT testers looked at it, turns out there was nothing wrong with my car. Took it back to them, after doing no further work from the original fail, to be given a pass. Was given a refund and battled with the manager for 4 new tyres, but it does not make up for missing Christmas with my family. Didn't even get an apology, the lack of sympathy was unreal. Avoid like the plague
- Allan Clarke Review added: 2017.12.25★ ★ ★ ★ ★I always take my car here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm disabled, I drop my car off, and they take me home. They phone me and tell me what work needs doing, and the price. Work is done after I've give the Ok. When the work is finished another phone call to confirm price and a time when they will pick me up from home and take me to the garage. As far as I'm concerned this company goes the extra mile and then some.
